Who We Are Looking For The UX designer develops and governs the overall UI of the customer-, dealer-, and employee-facing applications developed either by DCX or FUSE product teams. The UX designer consults and guides product teams in early product planning stages and implements a consistent, state-of-the-art UI across all our applications. The designer develops self-sufficiently a market-leading UI strategy across brands and products.
What You Will Do
- Overall UX governance for all offboard applications delivered by FUSE or DCX toward customers, dealers, or internal users
- Take part in early-stage product developments: consult and guide development teams towards UX consistency across applications
- Steering and managing user experience-related service providers
- Co-develop and partner with UI lead to deliver a state-of-the-art customer experience, both in UI and physical and process UX
- Align with all FUSE and DCX product teams on roadmaps and self-sufficiently develop implementation plans
- Be the go-to person for development teams and stakeholders
- Develop detailed requirements for implementation together with Business Analysts from product teams
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years of business experience
- 5 years of work experience as a UX designer
- Strong record of application design
- Up-to-date knowledge of UX standards
